Coming into the number one spot is ESO: Tamriel Unlimited a game that needs no further introductions. After being hit by server problems worldwide it seems that this game has used a heal potion and levelled up to number one.

Another new instalment here at No.2 with LEGO: Jurassic World. This games has stomped it’s way past The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt which sees Garet placed into a lowly third. At No.4 we have Payday 2: Crime wave Edition which is the console instalment of the beloved Payday 2. Plummeting like Michael’s love life is GTA V which drops all the way from No.2 to 5. Heading up No.6 is FIFA 15, it’s dropped in the league tables from No.3 to 6. Call Of Duty earns another prestige as Advanced Warfare moves from tenth to seventh place. Coming in at No.8 is Splatoon which has dripped down the wall from fourth to eight place. Battlefield Hardline is busted and servers four more years in jail as it moves from No.5 to No.9 and finally at No.10 we have Farming Simulator 15, where the harvest continues to fail and sees it drop from No.7 to No.10

If you think I’m doing the other ten you have another thing coming. I’m all out of jokes.

New Batman: Arkham Knight Screenshots

Good news everyone!

I have yet another collection of screenshots to share with you today, this time gliding in from Batman: Arkham Knight! The shots below display the awesome amount of fidelity that has gone in through Rokcsteady’s hard work on the last instalment in the series. Ranging from the burnt flesh on Two-Face, to the Batwing dropping the Batmobile into the heat of battle, they truly are awesome! Check them out below.

Shadow Warrior 2 Announced!

Flying Wild Hog have today announced that fans will be receiving a sequel to their beloved Shadow Warrior.

The announcement today came bundled with five awesome screenshots and a new trailer for the game. More is set to be revealed at E3 2015 with first look at gameplay debuting live on Twitch.TV Monday, June 15that 8:30pm BST. This time however, you won’t be going it alone, with the sequel allowing for four player online co-op as well as going rambo!

in a statement Michal Szustak, Studio Director at Flying Wild Hog had this to say. “The incredible reception of Shadow Warrior from both longtime fans and gamers new to the series was overwhelming,”, he continued “Shadow Warrior 2 will expand on and improve every element that made the original so unique and strike a balance between classic FPS action and modern design.”

What do you think about the announcement. Personally, I’m excited to see them further innovate on a game series that I really love! Check out the screenshots and trailer below!

Lustrous Fallout 4 Box Art Unveiled

Bethesda have today surprised everyone by releasing the official box art for their upcoming Post-Apocalyptic RPG, Fallout 4.

The box art depicts the iconic Power Armour from the franchise and could possibly be the very same one from the original in-game trailer. It is also touting an 18 rating from PEGI which should please most long time veterans and fans of the franchise.

Some of you may notice the distinct lack of previous generation box arts and there is a very simple explanation why. Bethesda announced yesterday that Fallout 4 will not be coming to the previous generation of consoles, in a statement, community manager, Matt Grandstaff explained that “The stuff we’re doing will never work there.”.

Below you can view the gallery of box arts and the official Fallout 4 in-game trailer.

Project CARS has moved up the pack from No.7 to No.6 with it’s eyes on a podium spot, however the harvest has failed for Farming Simulator 15 and sees it drop from No.5 to No.7 on the chart. Coming in at No.8 is Destiny which has held its own this week staying firm at that spot. Striking gold and hitting the No.9 spot on the chart is Minecraft: Xbox Edition, we’ll see if they can strike diamond next week. Finally at No.10 we have Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare which has climbed through the ranks all the way from No.15 to No.10.

As for the rest…. you can read it yourself, I’m out of juice.

Project CARS Punches Past One Million Copies Sold

h1z1

BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe and Slightly Mad Studios today announced that their recently(ish) released title, Project CARS has racked up over one million sales, whoo! Way to  go!

The game which was recently nominated the best racing game on the PS4 was also the first racing game for over 16 years to hold the number one spot in the UK Games Sales chart, only being knocked off the podium by The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt two weeks later.

When asked about this success, Ian Bell (Studio Head of Slightly Mad Studios) says: “Throughout the development of Project CARS the community were instrumental in guiding the game – giving us feedback daily on each build iteration, telling us what needed improving, highlighting what they’d like to see included, and ultimately approving it as the racing game of their dreams. Even with this amount of early indication that the bold, ambitious vision we had was on track to be something that would truly stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the existing leading titles in the genre, it wasn’t until the first review scores came in that we truly realised how much Project CARS had resonated with both media, racing professionals, and gamers alike around the world. To now stand here having reached over a million players in such a short time really justifies the work both the team and the community have done over the years and solidifies Project CARS’ future as the multi-platform racing experience of choice for fans around the world. And we’ll be talking more about that future very, very soon”

New Xbox One Controller Leaked

Microsoft may have one less thing to show off at E3 after images of their new controller were posted online. This new controller features the new 3.5mm headphone jack that was spotted in specification sheets a few days ago.

This new controller is identical to the original apart from the stylish grey camo paint job and this new 3.5m headphone jack. This new jack will only be available on controllers released after the month of June however which has led many to believe that this controller was going to be an E3 announcement. The images of the new controller come from Australian retailer Libro (thanks to Euro Gamer).
